IN DEDICATION

This January, our school lost one of our beloved dance professors, the head of TFT’s dance department, Peggy Hickey. Known for choreographing the original Broadway production of A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder and Anastasia in addition to her extensive work in regional theater, film and television, Peggy’s legacy reaches far and wide. She had a beautiful sense of humor and a passion for living life to the absolute fullest both in and out of the studio, even in her hardest days this past year. Working with Peggy was always a privilege, reinventing the way our students approached all forms of dance in such a way that no matter where you were on your dance journey, you could see yourself on a Broadway stage through her thoughtful and critically acclaimed choreography. We dedicate our final show together as a class to Peggy, our teacher, friend, and champion.
