About Ava
Ava Litchfield (she/her) is a playful and curious performing artist! Within UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television, she originated the role of Marilynn in the premiere production of the play A List of Happenings. She also played Helen in Fun Home with UCLA’s Act III Theatre Ensemble, and has performed in various other student productions at UCLA, ranging from Evening of Shakespeare with UCLA’s Shakespeare Company, to a Zoom Murder Mystery comedy (theatre took interesting shapes during the pandemic). This Spring, Ava is producing and performing as Jenna in the first educational production of Waitress with support from the UCLA Capstone Initiative and Music Theatre International. She is also president of UCLA’s Random Voices A Cappella and sings with, arranges for, and leads this group with a commitment to musicianship. She believes each artistic endeavor poses an opportunity to learn about the world through new eyes, and she is driven to continue learning and expanding her perspective! Ava is one of the artistic directors of this showcase and cannot wait for you to meet the wonderful talent of the Ray Bolger Musical Theatre Class of 2023!
